I have been a client of JJS&F for 15 years during which time they have undertaken conveyancing work for me and my family for six houses, various wills, probates, powers of attorney, associated famiy matters and personal legal allsorts.
As a retiree with my wife to the area and having no connections of any sort, I am forever grateful for the initial introduction to Christopher and Nicky Mason-Watts the proprietors and Principals of JJS&F with whom together with their associate Carys Davies-James, it was both easy and pleasureable to establish an initial and informal rapport.
That relationship continues to this day together with their staff, based upon a rapid understanding of our requirements and/or problems, a natural appreciation of the urgency in resolution, their professional approach and ease of contact with sensible and fair charges and where appropriate, no small degree of humour.
It has been an effective and pleasureable association. For as long as they are available I would never consider going anywhere else, no matter what the legal requirement, nor would I hesitate to commend them to the attention of others.

You will probably be aware that I, and the family, have been clients of yours for many, many years. I would add that I have always been very, very pleased with the quality of your service, the clear advice given and the efficiency of your work.
I would add that there are another two aspects of your service which I particularly appreciate. The first is that you are Welsh speaking. I would add that I prefer, if at all possible, to discuss business matters in Welsh. The second point is that, should I call at the Office without an appointment, your staff are always friendly and will try to arrange for me to see you, if you are free. I appreciate that I should try to make an appointment, but there are occasions when I am in Llandysul on other matters and I, therefore, call at the Office. I am very greatful to you and to your staff for their warm welcome and the fact that you will always speak with me if you are available.
